Booking terms and conditions for B My Guest Women's B&B

Payment:
A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation via PayPal. Please note that a 3.5% PayPal commission charge is added to all payments made via this method.  The balance of the accommodation is payable upon arrival and in cash Euros.

Cancellation
The 30% deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation with more than 30 days written notice a charge of another 20% will be due
Cancellation with less than 30 days written notice, 100% of the total cost of the stay becomes due.
NB If the reservation can be filled then no cancellation fee will be due and the deposit will be returned.

It is therefore advisable that holiday insurance is taken as a precaution against cancellation charges.

Security Deposit
A 150 euros cash deposit is required should there be any damage or breakages caused during your stay. In addition you will be asked to enter your credit card details on the checking in form giving us permission to debit your card with any costs for damage/breakages caused in excess of the cash deposit. If there are any damage/breakages this will be dealt with at the time of check out and if there are no such issues, the 150 euros and credit card details will be returned to you.

Terms and Conditions
Only the number of persons entered on the booking form have permission to stay at B My Guest Women's B&B, Sitges.

Our smoking policy is that smoking is permitted outside on the terrace, not inside of the house please.

No liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of B My Guest Women's B&B, Sitges, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour. In addition, no liability is acceptable for death, injury or illness of anyone booked or occupying the accommodation.
